Solvent Based Floor Varnish. Easy to use over masonry wood cement concrete and many other surfaces our hardwearing solvent-based floor paints are ideal for industrial and commercial floors that can expect high foot traffic vehicles and mechanical use. The solvent count is low so the fumes arent too volatile but good ventilation is highly recommended.
For interior use only it delivers excellent protection against knocks and stains dilute acids and alkalis. Dry in 30 minutes second coat ready in two hours. DuraSeal polyurethane is our preferred oil-modified aka oil-based or solvent-based floor finish.

So the fumes are relatively harmless. Non-yellowing so the colour stays richer for longer. But if you insist on using an old-school solvent-based polyurethane like they used in the 50s or 60s this is the best of the bunch. Our toughest floor varnish protection.
